What is the order processing time?
Occasionally when there are temporarily sold out or back-ordered items, we will try to get them filled/restocked as soon as possible. In order to not let you waiting, items that are in stock will be shipped out first, and back-ordered items will be shipped out to you separately afterwards without additional split shipping cost. It will take up to 1-2 weeks sometimes in order to allow the manufacturer/supplier to have sufficient time to produce the next stocks available. If you place an order and notice an error such as a wrong size or wrong mailing address, please e-mail us at support@animegastore.com immediately so that we could correct your order before it is shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the order that is already in transit by the postal services. |

Do you charge tax? We do not charge tax on any orders. We mark all shipments as gifts to avoid unnecessary duty tax by your country's customs.
